Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dried apricots, ground
about 2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine apricots and coconut.
Add sweetened condensed milk and blend well.
(I use my hands.)
Shape into small balls.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
Let stand until firm, about 3 hours.
After firm, may roll once again in confectioners sugar.
Yield:
4 dozen candies, depending on size you make.
May be stored, uncovered, at room temperature, from 3 to 4 days.
