Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 lb. mushrooms (whole)
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Saute mushrooms, over medium heat, for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Put mushrooms in a bowl.
    Add all other mixed ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Drain well before serving.
