Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 oz. green chilies, chopped
    4 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese, in food processor or blender.
    Place in 1-quart casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven or on stove top for approximately 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
