Old Fashioned No Cook Ice Cream(Makes 1 Gallon) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 gal. whole milk

Preparation

Beat eggs with electric mixer until they are light in color. Add sugar to eggs; beat at high speed until mixture is thick.
Add vanilla, salt and evaporated milk.
Continue beating until sugar is dissolved.
Mix thoroughly into the whole milk.
Freeze, following manufacturer's instructions.
Very good.
