Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Add next three ingredients. Chill dough at least one hour.
    Roll dough into balls the size of walnuts.
    Roll in a mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and two tablespoons sugar.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
