Apple Yorkshire - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, sliced thin
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In ovenproof skillet, heat butter.
    Add apples and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Saute until glazed and soft.
    Beat eggs, flour, salt and milk together in large bowl.
    Fold in apples. Turn into skillet or a baking dish.
    Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0 until puffy and firm.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Serve warm.
