Chicken Oregano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. frying or roasting chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
    3 tsp. crushed dried oregano
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
    Arrange, skin side up, in one layer in a 3-quart baking dish (13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch).
    Stir together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and oregano; spoon over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Remove breast portions (they should be tender) and keep warm.
    Continue baking remaining chicken until it is golden and tender, 15 minutes longer.
    Serve chicken and thin sauce with freshly cooked hot spaghetti.
