Loaded Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 to 8 pieces bacon, fried
Preparation

Fry potatoes and drain well. Place potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 baker dish. Crumble bacon up on top. Sprinkle cheese on top of bacon. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream before serving.
