Mom'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 beaten egg yolks
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine in a double boiler sugar, flour, salt, milk and cocoa; boil 10 minutes.
    Add egg yolks and cook until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla and margarine.
    Let cool and pour in pie shells.
    Spread meringue lightly on the pies or chill 2 hours and top with Cool Whip.
    Makes 2 pies.
