*Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small heads cabbage, shredded
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Bring mixture to a rapid boil.
    Slowly pour hot mixture over cabbage,
    green pepper and onion; do not stir.
    Let set 1 hour.
    Refrigerate.
