Lemon Lust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1/2 c. crushed nuts
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation

Mix
magarine, flour and nuts.
Press mixture into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread mixture over cooled crust.
Blend together pudding and milk until smooth.
Spread over cheese filling and top with additional whipped topping.
Sprinkle with more crushed nuts.
(Also very good substituting lemon pudding with butter pecan, pistachio or your own favorite flavor.)
