Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O (small)
    3/4 c. water
    3 grapefruit (pink is prettier)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Split grapefruit lengthwise from stem to naval and remove all membrane and seeds, saving meat and juice.
    Should measure 2 cups; if not, add some juice.
    Stir into Jell-O mix.
    Fill empty hulls with mixture and chill in refrigerator.
    When firm, split shells and serve on lettuce with small amount of mayonnaise if desired.
