Oriental Chicken Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken, cooked without salt or fat
    1 c. alfalfa sprouts
    1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp. dark sesame oil
    2 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half crosswise
    4 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.
    Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.
    Line pita halves with lettuce.
    Spoon 1 cup chicken mixture into each pita half.
