Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    3 c. white or wild rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut tops off peppers.
    Remove seeds and membranes from inside peppers.
    Mix all ingredients together. Fill peppers with stuffing and cover with foil.
    Bake for 35-45 minutes.
