Yum Yum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. fat-free milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in greased 8 or 9-inch square baking pan.
    Make 2 holes in the dry ingredients. Pour oil into one, the vinegar and vanilla into the other.
    Pour the milk over all and mix until well blended and smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
    Cool in pan on wire rack.
    Spread with Chocolate Glaze.
