Southern Corn Pudding(Microwave Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/8 c. milk, scalded
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart glass casserole, melt butter with High power for 30 to 45 seconds.
    Add corn, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, onion and milk.
    Mix well.
    Bake with High power for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir halfway through baking time.
