Easter Salad(3 Layer Gelatin Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes (3 oz. each) lemon gelatin
1 can (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) Stokley's finest crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipping cream or dessert topping mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. pineapple liquid
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
dash of salt
Preparation

Bottom Layer:
Drain liquid from pineapple and reserve. Prepare
gelatin
according
to package directions; color with green coloring.
Add
drained pineapple and put in 8 x 12-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
