Tater-Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. Tater Tots
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook onion, celery and ground beef until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Drain.
    Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Spread soup over meat mixture.
    Top with frozen potatoes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 40 minutes until bubbly.
    Remove from oven and top with cheese.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
