Sour Cream Enchiladas(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salad oil
    2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce (Rosarita mild enchilada sauce)
    12 flour tortillas
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. green onions (including some tops)
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken or cooked ground beef (3/4 lb.)
    1 (15 oz.) can black olives, sliced (optional)
    additional shredded cheese (mild or sharp)
    additional chopped green onions
Preparation
    Save a few sliced olives for topping.
    Mix sour cream, green onions, cumin, cheese, meat and olives and have ready.
