Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except vanilla, in top of double boiler.
    Beat over boiling water with a rotary beater until stiff. Take off heat and add vanilla.
    Spread on cake.
    Can be used on yellow layer with coconut, pineapple or strawberries.
    Use with deviled food cake layers.
