Oven-Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    4 carrots, chopped
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Accent (optional)
    2 Tbsp. quick tapioca
    1 1/4 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix beef and vegetables in a 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Blend seasonings, Accent and tapioca.
    Stir in tomato juice; pour over beef.
    Cover tightly; bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
