Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 c. broth
    20 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat oil and then stir in flour.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add and stir in chili powder.
    Then add broth, tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder and salt.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Stir-fry tortillas for 3 to 5 seconds on each side.
    Place enchiladas in a pan and cover with sauce and cheese.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
