Dumpling Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt in mixing bowl.
Combine eggs and water. Add to flour mixture and beat well.
Drop by teaspoonful into boiling salted water.
Cook for about 12 to 15 minutes or until dumplings float.
Drain and serve with melted butter.
Makes 6 servings.
