Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. herb flavored croutons
2 c. shredded medium sharp cheese
2 lb. sausage
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Spray pan with nonstick spray.
Place croutons in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over croutons.
Brown sausage and drain.
Place on top of cheese. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour over sausage.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
