Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. catfish, cleaned and skinned
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Wipe fish with damp cloth.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and cornmeal.
    Roll Mr. Catfish in mixture and fry in hot Crisco until golden brown on one side.
    Flip and brown other side.
    Total cooking time is about 8 to 10 minutes.
