Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
Preparation

Grease the bottom of a 13x9x2 in. baking pan. Spread coconut and nuts evenly over the bottom. Prepare cake mix and spread over the coconut and nuts. Combine the melted butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Pour over the cake batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45-55 minutes. Top of cake will crinkle.
