Low Country Shrimp Boil ("Frogmore Stew") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. headless shrimp (raw, in shell)
    1 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) smoked sausage link, sliced
    6 to 8 half ears corn-on-the-cob (frozen is fine)
    1 pouch shrimp boil seasoning (I like Golden Dipt)
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a rolling boil. Add salt, sausage, corn and seasoning; boil for 5 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook at a rolling boil for 5 minutes (no longer or shrimp will shrink and toughen!).
    Remove from heat and drain off water.
    Serve with soft margarine and/or seafood cocktail sauce. Serves 6 to 8.
