Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 cup flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup cold milk
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 quart milk
    parsley
Preparation
    Heat potatoes, onion and 1 quart of milk in a soup pot. Work butter into flour, add egg and 1/4 cup cold milk. Mix well. Add this mixture slowly to hot mixture. Cover and simmer 10 - 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
