Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. brown rice, cooked
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oil
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    dash of pepper
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients and shape into 15 (1-inch) balls. Broil until brown.
    In a saucepan, combine tomato juice, chili powder and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add the meatballs; cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
    Yields 5 servings.
