Imperial Crab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat, fibers removed
    crumbs from 2 slices dry bread (without crusts)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. drained capers
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Flake crabmeat; mix with bread crumbs, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Fill buttered ramekins (seashell dish).
    Cover with buttered crumbs and bake in preheated moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
