Tomato Sage Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cut into 3 pieces each
1 c. chicken stock
1 large onion
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp. white wine
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh sage leaves
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation

Saute chicken with garlic and onions until chicken is brown and onions are soft.
Add chicken stock and white wine.
Cook 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and sage.
Cover partially and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook 5 to 10 minutes if sauce needs to thicken.
Salt and pepper to taste.
