Fish Kebabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

olive oil
uniform size pieces of study fish (such as tuna)
canned or fresh pineapple chunks
onion chunks
red and green sweet bell pepper chunks
Preparation

Use wooden or metal skewers.
If using wooden skewers, place them in water for 30 to 60 minutes to prevent them from burning. Brush skewers with oil.
Alternately thread fish, pineapple, onion and red and green peppers on skewers.
Brush with oil.
Place on hot grill and turn several times during cooking, until fish is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.
