Chinese Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. washed uncooked rice
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 c. diced celery
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1/4 c. rich milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy skillet.
    Add onions and mushroom soup. Cook until golden.
    Pour in chicken broth and heat to boiling. Stir in rice, cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients, cover and cook for
    10 to 15 minutes or more.
