Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1 pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked (I don't cook mine)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. regular Italian dressing mix, mixed as pkg. directs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whip together mayonnaise and salad dressing. Layer above ingredients in bowl.
    Pour mixed dressing over layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate and toss just before serving.
    Serves 8.
