Glazed Wild Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 lb.) ducks, split in half
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. allspice or cinnamon
    1 medium onion (in rings)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except duck and onions to form glaze. Pour over duck.
    Place onion rings over duck and roast in shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Baste often.
    Season to taste.
    Serves 2 to 4.
