Ingredients

4 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. whipping cream
approximately 5 c. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Gradually add sugar; beat until thickened.
Add cream, vanilla and salt; mix thoroughly.
Pour into can.
Add milk to line on can; stir well. Follow your ice cream maker's instructions for proper freeze. Makes 4 quarts.
