Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients.
    Let rise for 15 minutes.
    Shape into pretzels.
    Lay on a cookie sheet which has been greased. Let rise.
    Mix cold water and baking soda; brush soda water over pretzels.
    Sprinkle with coarse salt.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 10 or more pretzels.
