Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. soft butter
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. caramels
    1 small bag chocolate chips
    1 bag chopped pecans or halves
Preparation
    Mix cake mix, batter and 2/3 cup of milk together.
    Put 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
