Beef Tomato Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine meat, eggs, 1/2 can of soup, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Put onto wax paper to form a rectangle 15 x 8-inches.
    Combine remaining ingredients and spread over meat. Roll up, using wax paper to lift.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch thick slices and place on greased baking pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 10.
