Low Cholesterol Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Mazola oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. skim milk, heated
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 110~)
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    6 to 7 c. plain flour
    3 Tbsp. corn oil margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a large bowl of electric mixer, combine oil, sugar, salt and hot milk.
    Mix well.
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water (105\u00b0 to 110\u00b0).
    Let set 5 minutes.
    Gradually add Egg Beaters, yeast and 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
