Turkey Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Shape into 40 balls.
    Brown 1/2 in 2 1/2 tablespoons oil in large skillet about 6 minutes.
    Remove to a platter.
    Brown remainder.
    Saute mushrooms.
    Add to meatballs.
    Add broth, lemon juice, lemon rind and pepper.
    Boil 1 to 2 minutes in skillet.
    Serve on noodles or rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
