Buttermilk Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 (9-inch) partially baked pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Beat the eggs and sugar until mixed. Blend in the flour, buttermilk, butter, vanilla and salt.
    Beat briefly until smooth.
    Add the pecans and pour into the pie shell. Bake until done, about 30 minutes.
    Serve hot or cool on a rack.
