Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. chocolate chips (three 6 oz. bags)
    1 c. Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Melt first 3 ingredients together in pan over medium to low heat.
    Stir in nuts and spread in baking pan.
    Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
