Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    2 cans Durkee onions
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Thaw and drain vegetables.
    Mix soup and sour cream together. Add 2/3 cup of Swiss cheese and 1 can onions.
    Mix with vegetables.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle rest of cheese and onions on top and bake 5 more minutes.
