Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes Uncle Ben's wild and long grained rice
    1 c. diced celery
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    ripe olives (optional)
    1 lb. Bob Evans bulk sausage
    1 c. diced onion
    2 (2 oz.) cans pimentos
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Saute onion and celery.
    Cook rice according to package instructions.
    When rice is done, put all ingredients together and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
