Broccoli Casserole(6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/3 c. soda crackers, crumbled
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked 7 minutes and drained
Preparation
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons butter until soft.
    Add flour and water.
    Blend until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Blend in Cheez Whiz; mix well.
    Combine sauce and broccoli; add eggs. Mix gently until blended.
    Turn into well-greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs; dot with remaining butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
