Marc'S Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. rice
    2 (10 oz. or 12 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. milk
    1 (12 oz. or 16 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large pan, melt margarine.
    Cut onion up coarsely.
    Add chopped broccoli and saute.
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    When onions are limp, add soups and mix thoroughly. Add cooked rice to mixture.
    Add milk and 1/2 of the package of cheese.
    Mix well.
    Turn into a deep 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is well melted and starting to brown.
    Remove from oven and serve. Freezes well also, but leave off cheese on top.
    Enjoy.
