Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. cooked, cubed salt pork
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    6 parsley sprigs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and dry mushrooms.
    With a greased knife, slice into 1-inch pieces.
    In a frying pan, combine oil, butter and pork. Cook for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and parsley. Cook until lightly brown.
    In a bowl, dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add bouillon mixture, salt and pepper to mushroom mixture. Reduce heat. Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Serves 6.
