Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz crackers)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Saute the onion in 4 tablespoons butter; add flour and water.
    Cook until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add Cheez Whiz.
    Drain broccoli and add to the cheese sauce. Add the beaten eggs.
    Put in buttered casserole; sprinkle with cracker crumbs and top with rest of butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
