Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    16 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Boil noodles according to package; drain and pour into casserole dish.
    Melt butter; add flour and mix well.
    Add milk and mix over low to medium heat until thick and bubbly.
    Add cheese and continue to heat until all cheese is melted.
    Must stir constantly as mixture burns easily.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Pour cheese mixture over noodles and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
    For a spicier flavor, use Mexican Velveeta.
